Step Trigger

This is a source sequence parameter which specifies how the source step is to be triggered. The choices are:

• IMMediate (equivalent to Free Run); the source begins generating a waveform without waiting for a trigger.
• INTernal; the source step is triggered from the test set’s analyzer.
• KEY
• BUS
• EXTernal2; the source step is triggered from the TRIGGER 2 IN port on the rear panel of the test set.
